When we left the egg in the room they were bubbling and we left the eggs there for two days and when we returned to the classroom we saw that the outer membrane was not the inner membrane was left behind and the bubbles were gone. I think it was a chemical change because the eggs molecules were combined with the vinegars molecules.

When I placed the egg in the vinegar last Thursday it didn't look very or feel as it does today it feels smooth and slimy looking.A chemical change is the egg it looks fatter than when I put it in, and it still has many bubbles around it as the day I placed it in the vinegar.

The physical change was that the egg grew softer and sfoter. After it was hard. Then we craked it in the cup. Then you got to hold its ock.

I observed that if you leave a egg in vinegar over the weekend it will be very mushy when you take it out. And it will be very easy to break.

After leaving the egg in vinegar over the weekend. When we came back the egg was huge and stinky and breakable. As soon as we got it out we looked at it and observed that there was a little hole that showed some of the yolk. So we agreed to pop it.

Before I put the egg in the vinegar, the egg was big and hard. After I put the egg in the vinegar the egg turned small and the egg was dissolving. The shell was coming off.Thats what happened.

After leaving the eggs in the vinegar over the the weekend, how did they change?Well,me and my partners observed and we saw that the egg has changed into a squishy egg It might have been a chemical change.I learned more things about the inside of the egg, including the membrane, inner membrane, plus the outer membrane!

The physical change is that it made a lot of bubbles, and it looks like it got bigger. The chemical change is that the eggshell dissolved , and it was soft.

When our group left the egg in vinagar over the weekend it ate off part of the shell. And it obsorbed the vinagar and made it bigger. And the vinagar reacted in the egg and exploded..

After leaving the egg in the vinegar over the weekend, it changed because it got squishy and the eggshell started to dissolve because of the vinegar. Before it was placed in the vinegar the egg was hard and then after the egg was placed in the vinegar it got squishy. The eggshell also started to dissolve over the weekend. It was both a physical change and a chemical change.

After leaving the eggs in the vinegar on Thursday and over the weekend ,it has changed because the egg was swelling up. Some of the eggs were cracking. The vinegar was also dissolving on the shell. The egg was getting squishy.

  15. Anonymous9:18 AM

Before we put the egg in the shell was hard and easy to crack. After we took the egg out the shell was very soft and hard to break. My partner had to squeeze it. The inside was soft too.

The physical change is the egg gets soft (gushy). There was no chemical changes.

We put the egg in the vinegar on Thursday. It fizzed and bubbled which made a physical change.five days later the eggshell was completely gone the only thing left was the membrane. The membrane is the second and third layer of the egg.

The physical change make it bubble up in the cup and the chemical change make it bubble up like the physical change they both make it bubble up.

When I put the egg in the vinegar it started to make lots of bubbles. The next day when I touched it, it was squishy and the shell had dissolved
    a little bit.When I cracked the egg
the yolk was kind of hard.

  23. Anonymous10:05 AM

I observed the egg was squishy. The egg sat all weekend. The egg shell came off and the membrane was just left. I think it is a chemical change.

    ReplyDelete
  24. Anonymous10:05 AM

After I came back to school I saw that the egg shell was softer than it was but it was gooey and I think it is a chemical change because we put vinegar and vinegar is so strong that it smells so bad.

The egg experiment was cool because the egg bloop as soon as you poked it with the pen. it was all so cool because it turned fat

After leaving the egg with the vinegar over the weekend it changed kind of not that hard any more. Also we tried to crack it but it did not work so we popped it.The egg was very sticky and gooey when we cracked it.It was a physical change because, the egg was all not how it looked like it was very bigger then before.

  31. Anonymous10:17 AM

I observed that the outer membrane was getting softer and it was swelling all over.the inside of the egg had a gooey substance around the germinal disk. The Eggsperiment is the best one yet.

    ReplyDelete
  32. Anonymous10:19 AM

I think the experiment had both changes because the egg was very soft and squishy. The vinegar might have something to do with the egg being so soft and squishy.thats why the egg started to bubble when we first experimented with it.

Before the egg was put in the vinegar it had a shell, hard ,and was white.
After the egg was in the the vinegar for 2 days it was bigger, had no shell, and stunk. I think think the shell dissolved.

The egg in the vinegar will dissolve and will get softer and in a few days it will feel like a balloon and you can pop it and it will splash all over you then it will stink and you will see the the outside layer then you will see the smelly yolk.

The eggshell got really soft and gooey. Before we put it in the cup with the vinegar the eggshell was hard. After leaving the egg overnight the eggshell now was soft.In the moment i observed the egg,I knew it was a chemical change ,but also a physical change. The egg smelled different and kind of smelled a little bad. Also the eggshell felt soft and a little bumpy.I just knew the change in the eggshell right away.

  53. Anonymous11:32 AM

What i saw about egg was that when i saw it had changed a lot.At first when we saw the egg it had gotten very gooey and it was bumpy. And then we wondered how the egg shell got very thin. And i think when we put the egg in the cup it had a hard shell. And now that we left it over the weekend it got very thin and bouncy. And i think that it could be a chemical change because the egg has changed a lot.
