When they make ivory , they put a small amout of air in it. hey may not know how they do it ,or they may think it won't sell because it smells bad and it'll stink up the place.
I think the other soap don't float because their to heavy and they don't even have air in it.And the ivory has air in it is even not to heavy to sink and the other soap is to heavy for it could float.
