Winterscapes Winter Art from 5th Grade

Here are some winterscapes created by my class. Using both cut paper for the landscape and white tempera paint for the snowflakes give the picture the impression of dimension. (When cut paper pictures are made digital, it also adds depth.) I am trying to bring more art and music to my blog; comment if you would like to see (or hear) more.

Hi Mr C's class,
You made great pieces of art. I really liked the 10th one. We don't have snow at Christmas. Our Christmas' are very sunny and hot (usually). Keep up your wonderful art.

Enjoyed browsing through the collection of Winterscape pictures. They were interesting, colorful, and artistic. Bubbleshare is a new program for me. I've bookmarked it for future exploration. Thanks for sharing.

Bubbleshare is great and creating really quick and easy display for your page, and I wouldn't say that you blog is lacking in anything... the number of visitors you get is testament to that...

Wow! Those are some pretty cool paintings. I'm sure it must have been hard to cut all that paper into the correct shape. Talk to you soon!

The funny thing about this project is that it took my class less than an hour to make them. I was very surprised they turned out so well.
