What I Want to Be When I Grow Up.
Here are two videos of students that explain what they want to do when they grow up. Notice they really had no idea how to get there from where they are now. Hopefully my questions will prompt them to think about what they need to do.

It's wonderful that you have students thinking about the 'bigger picture' right now, and of course makes it a reflective tool for other students to discuss. We did so in New Zealand.
