Dance Mat Typing from BBC

Dance Mat Typing from the excellent BBC Schools website is another free program that helps teach typing. I think it it quite funny to listen to the goat, although I am not sure about what he says all the time since I don't understand all the slang language he uses.

I recommended this site to some of our junior primary classes and they really enjoyed using it. Shame you can't get a translator for the goat! :-)

Hey Im Ashley Nichols from Dr.Strange's EDM 310 class @ University of South Alabama. I think this website is cute and it'll definitely seems to be a fun way of teaching keyboard class. It probably gives them some exercise as well.Enjoyed it a lot. Keep up the good work, Mr.C.

What a cute little program!
I’m Kimberly Windham from Dr. John Strange’s EDM 310 class at the University of South Alabama. Though I’m studying to teach high schoolers, I’d still recommend this program to my future students, if only for the fact that it's so silly & amusing. Much more fun than Mavis Beacon!
Thanks for sharing!

I love this site. It seems as though the children will love it too. I learned how to type wrong, and this would definitely help me. I think I will practice on it this summer. Keep up the good work. I am Keysha Boltz from Dr. Starnge's EDM 310 class.
