Using Hall Time to Work on Grammar

We are working on subjects and predicates in grammar. I decided that we could spend some of the time in the hall identifying subjects and predicates. Can you identify the subject and predicate in each video?

Can you think of other ways we could use our down time more effectively?

The first video the person is the subject and when he says he is standing that is the predicate.
In the second video the paper is the subject and the hanging is the predicate.

too cool- do your parents sign a release stating that its ok to use their child's photos online? I'm loving this idea, but not sure where to start...

HiWe are a fifth-grade class in Alpharetta GA and I (the teacher) found your blog. We are studying subjects and predicates also! We would love to blog with you all...

Our blog has just gotten up and running and it is mrsdaughertysclass.wordpress.org. Maybe your teacher can contact me and we can work something out if you are interested. It looks like you all are doing a lot of fun learning!
